Starlight and Sparkles Polish Review

Press Sample
It's Monday, and boy does it feel like it. I had a bit of a rough weekend, topped off by a snowy, cold Monday, but luckily I have some swatches of Starlight and Sparkles to brighten it up a bit! The first three swatches are of the Shadow Gem trio, and the very first is Shadow Emerald, a blackened green shimmer that is opaque in two coats!

Next is Shadow Ruby, a blackened red shimmer that is also opaque in two coats!

The final polish in the trio is Shadow Sapphire, a blackened blue shimmer polish that is opaque in two thin coats.

The trio was especially helpful in swatching the rest of these beauties, which are toppers! The first is Unicorn, a duochrome with a green-blue shift that flashes turquoise and indigo. I layered this one over Sally Hansen's Jungle Gem.

Next is Phoenix, a duochrome with a red-gold shift, with red and green flashes. This one is layered over Shadow Ruby.

Next is Dragon, a bronze-gold to green duochrome featuring orange and teal flashes at extreme angles.  This beauty is layered over Sally Hansen Red Zin.

The next swatch is of Nayru, a gorgeous color shifting sparkle topper that shifts through turquoise, violet, and blue. Below it is shown layered over Blackened Sapphire with topcoat.

The next topper is Flame Sniper, a shimmery red glass fleck topper with red and orange flecks, featuring the red flecks more heavily. Below it is layered over Blackened Emerald.

Finally is Starlight, a holographic topcoat. Believe it or not, below is just ONE coat over Blackened Sapphire!

All of these are available in full and mini size on Etsy! Be sure to follow Starlight and Sparkles on Facebook as well!
